It is easy to create forwarding for any e-mail created inside a cloud website hosting account from our company. This can be achieved either when you make a new e-mail address through your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or at any moment afterwards as the forwarding may be activated and disabled for every current mailbox with only a couple of clicks. You can also choose if a backup of the incoming e-mails will be maintained on our servers, which is a very helpful option. This can be a fail-safe if the remote email address is not available for some cause, not mentioning you will have always a backup of all e-mails. If this feature is not activated for a given email address on our end, an inbound e-mail will be received and sent forward, so no record of it will stay on our server. In case the remote mailbox is unavailable temporarily, you'll lose this e-mail.
