Catch-all Emails in Cloud Website Hosting
Creating a catch-all mailbox will be truly easy if you have a cloud website hosting with our company. You can enable this feature through our advanced, albeit simple-to-work-with Email Manager, which is an essential part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer the shared hosting account itself. You’ll see all the mailboxes that you have created displayed alphabetically and on the right-hand side of each of them there will be a mini "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly let you know whether a specific mailbox receives all the emails pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With one click on the icon you can enable or disable the feature whenever you wish. If there is enabled email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a given domain, you’ll receive an alert from our system. The latter will not deactivate/replace anything automatically and without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all feature can be activated without effort in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be listed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll notice a mini sign handily situated right next to each one. With only a single click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature using the menu that will show up. If any of the requirements for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not disable or replace anything automatically.
